What is remote notarization service?

What are the benefits of remote notarization of the Canadian Student Guardian Application Form IMM 5646?

When a minor applies to study in Canada, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident is required to serve as the minor’s guardian in Canada, and the minor’s parents are required to submit a notarized statement of consent to guardianship, that is, a notarized signature of four parties on the Guardianship Application Form IMM5646, with the guardian, the student’s parents and the notary signing on the same form.
